Segal McCambridge, a nationally recognized litigation firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing Pennsylvania practice. This position offers the flexibility to work out of our Pittsburgh or Philadelphia offices while handling sophisticated litigation matters alongside experienced trial attorneys.  Should a candidate not reside near either office location, a fully remote setup within Pennsylvania can be considered.

What We’re Looking For

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (licensure in surrounding states a plus, but not required)
• 1+ year of civil defense litigation experience, including:
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Legal research and writing
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Client and insurance carrier reporting
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Professional, confident communication and presentation skills
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of assignments
• Experience with mediations and arbitrations is a plus
