Segal McCambridge, a national litigation firm, is seeking an Of Counsel attorney to work with its litigation group in our Chicago and New York offices.  This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to practice on their own schedule and have the support of a national firm.  The attorney will be responsible for covering toxic tort depositions and preparing subsequent reporting.  This position can be fully remote with a full or parttime flexible schedule, but office space is available if desired.  Dependent on experience, there is also opportunity to work with other practice groups and expand your practice.  

We seek candidates with:

• Current, active license to practice law in any United States jurisdiction;  
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience taking depositions and reporting to clients and/or insurance carriers;
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines; 
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues and produce top quality work;
• A willingness to be proactive and take ownership of projects and assignments.
