The position is on an active litigation docket specializing in the defense of first-party lawsuits brought against large national insurance carriers. Associates are provided the freedom and responsibility to manage their own case assignments and can expect to handle all aspects of litigation related to their files, with the assistance and mentoring of senior team members. The litigated matters include claims asserted under both personal and commercial lines of insurance, including residential property, commercial property, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, and other commercial business coverages.
