Litigation Attorney (Fully Remote Option / Flexible Hours) – New York

Salary Range:  $50000 - $150000 year

Segal McCambridge, a national litigation firm, is seeking an Associate/Of Counsel Attorney for its litigation group in our New York office.  This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to practice on their own schedule and have the resources and support of a national firm.   The attorney will be responsible for covering depositions and preparing subsequent reporting for a variety practice areas, however there will be an initial focus on toxic tort defense matters.   This position can be fully remote with a full or parttime flexible schedule, but office space is available if desired.  

We seek candidates with:

  • Current, active license to practice law in any United States jurisdiction;  
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience taking depositions and reporting to clients and/or insurance carriers; 
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines; 
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues and produce top quality work;
  • A willingness to be proactive and take ownership of projects and assignments.
