Role Overview:

As an Outside Window Sales Consultant, you will play a dual role in driving business growth:

  • Engaging with homeowners through door to door outreach in residential neighborhoods, scheduling Sales Consultations.
  • Closing sales on both warm leads and self-generated appointments with residential customers.

These consultations are tailored for key decision-makers looking to improve their home’s security, privacy, energy efficiency, comfort, and overall value. Your ability to confidently communicate the advantages of our solutions will allow you to build trust and turn brief introductions into meaningful client relationships—both at the doorstep and across the kitchen table. With strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and product expertise, you will cultivate a consistent pipeline of appointments that result in successful sales and installations.

We're looking for applicants who will:

  • Conduct in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified leads provided by the company.
  • Proactively generate additional appointments through direct outreach in residential neighborhoods.
  • Stay motivated and maintain a positive attitude while handling sales objections.
  • Educate homeowners on the advantages of upgrading to energy-efficient replacement windows.
  • Actively participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to sharpen sales techniques.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with consistent follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


    Role Requirements:
  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales is required. Candidates without this background will be considered for the Outside Appointment Setter role.
  • In-home window sales experience is required. Applicants without this experience will be referred to the Outside Appointment Setter role.
  • Availability for a full-time schedule (40+ hours per week), including mornings, evenings, and weekends based on homeowner availability.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, covering up to 2 miles per shift.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Successful completion of relevant Sales and Technician Training programs.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
