Role Overview:

As an Outside Window Sales Consultant, your primary role is two-fold:

 - Canvassing residential neighborhoods door to door and scheduling appointments for in-home sales consultation appointments with residential homeowners.
- Closing warm and self-generated Sales Consultation Transactions daily with residential homeowners.

These appointments are designed for key decision-makers seeking to enhance their home's security, privacy, energy efficiency, comfort, and overall value. Your confidence in the significant benefits we provide will drive you to establish connections and turn initial interactions into lasting relationships at every doorstep and kitchen table. With strong communication skills, rapport-building expertise, diligence, and in-depth product knowledge, you'll maintain a steady pipeline of appointments that lead to successful sales and installations.

We're looking for applicants who will:

  • Close warm, company-generated sales consultations with residential homeowners
  • Engage in daily door-to-door outreach to schedule self-generated qualified sales consultations.
  • Maintain resilience in handling rejection while staying positive and productive.
  • Inform homeowners about the benefits of replacement window solutions.
  • Take part in daily sales team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through consistent follow-up.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.


Role Requirements:

  • Prior experience in door-to-door sales is required. If the candidate does not have that experience we will refer them to the Outside Appointment Setter Role.
  • Prior experience in in-home Window Sales is required. If the candidate does not have that experience we will refer them to the Outside Appointment Setter Role.
  • Full-time schedule (40+ hours per week), including morning and evening and weekend shifts based on homeowner availability.
  • Comfortable being on your feet and walking up to 2 miles or for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are a plus!
  • Successful completion of relevant Sales and Technician Training programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required.
