Role Overview:
As an Outside Window Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to enroll warm, company-provided homeowner sales prospects with energy-efficient replacement windows. During these appointments, you will advise clients on the added safety, privacy, energy efficiency, comfort, and equity that new windows will bring to their homes. Your confidence combined with your commitment to expertise will enable you to consistently convert and nurture the sales pipeline. When you're not closing appointments in homes, you'll be tasked with marketing to new, cold residential prospects through canvassing (door to door marketing).

We're seeking candidates who will:
- Convert warm, company-generated leads into Replacement Window clients.
- Engage in daily residential canvassing to generate qualified sales consultations.
- Educate homeowners on the advantages of replacement window solutions.
- Actively participate in daily sales team training sessions and meetings.
- Deliver unparalleled customer experiences through meticulous follow-up.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Position Prerequisites:
- At least one year of successful, previous In-home Closing Experience.
- If you lack previous in-home closing experience, your resume will be directed to our Appointment Setter position.
- Availability for flexible full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week). Must prioritize homeowner availability (afternoons and evenings)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual proficiency a plus!
- Completion of relevant Sales and Technician Training programs, including script memorization.
- Steady performance in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
