Role Overview:

As a Sales Recruiter, your primary responsibility will involve sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Salespeople and Appointment Setters. You will be given the technology and adspend to fuel your sourcing, and then the training to close these prospects on working with the fastest-growing window installation company in the mountain west. You'll need to be a proficient marketer in addition to salesperson, as you will engage in reputation exposure with cold recruiting leads in addition to the warm recruiting leads that the company provides.

We'll provide you with the product, tech, and sales knowledge to ensure you have the expertise to excel in recruiting seasoned sales talent daily. Additionally, we offer a competitive salary+commission compensation package tailored to your experience, credentials, and performance during the interview.


We're seeking individuals who can:

- Demonstrate exceptional personal productivity by generating interviews and closing company-provided leads consistently.

- Conduct interviews with sales professionals, educating them on the advantages of our replacement window solutions.

- Actively participate in team training sessions and meetings.

- Deliver outstanding nurturing and follow-up to all recruiting leads.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.


Role Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of previous Sales Experience required.

- No Recruiting Experience required.

- Full-time availability (up to 40 hours weekly).

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with bilingual proficiency as a plus.

- Consistent performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential.
