Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at JKR Windows, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our customers. This position requires an individual with an "in-trepreneurial" disposition who can effectively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance service skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
