We are rapidly expanding and looking for incredible talent to join our operations, sales, and administrative teams Position Overview:  JKR Windows is seeking a talented Project Coordinator to create an incredible experience for our customers and assist in installation projects from start to finish. As the liaison between our clients, suppliers, and installation teams, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that each project is executed seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in window ordering, organizing, and executing window installation projects through completion.
• Communicate with all Customers to help guide them seamlessly through the process.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule critical measurements, Install times, and assist in payment collection throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with our installation teams and suppliers to ensure that materials are ordered, delivered, and installed according to schedule and specifications.
• Utilize your exceptional organizational skills to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or challenges along the way.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members through clear and timely communication, demonstrating professionalism and expertise at every stage of the project.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the window industry is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
