Position Overview

JKR Windows is seeking a talented Project Manager to oversee our window installation projects from start to finish. As the liaison between our clients, suppliers, and installation teams, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that each project is executed seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing window installation projects through completion.
• Find and onboard additional installers as we expand into new markets
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements, providing expert guidance and recommendations as needed. 
• Collaborate closely with our installation teams and suppliers to ensure that materials are ordered, delivered, and installed according to schedule and specifications.
• Utilize your exceptional organizational skills to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or challenges along the way.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members through clear and timely communication, demonstrating professionalism and expertise at every stage of the project. 
• Provide leadership and direction to our installation teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the window industry is preferred, but not required. However, a strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
• A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations. Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
