Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
- Educate patients in oral hygiene instruction and provide postoperative instructions
- Take x-rays and save to patient charts
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the hygiene bays and operatory rooms
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and procedures in patient chart
- Provide chair-side assistance to the Dentist during dental examinations and treatment
- Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication and respect for one another
Required qualifications:
- A positive attitude
- A friendly, outgoing personality
- Honesty & integrity – a strong desire to “do the right thing”
Preferred qualifications:
- Completion of a DA training program
- 2+ years of experience as a DA
- CPR and X-Ray Certified
