Position Overview:

As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will represent the AT&T brand within retail locations, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best wireless solutions. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with AT&T products, plans, and services
  • Clearly and confidently explain wireless plans, promotions, and device options
  • Recommend personalized solutions to meet individual customer needs
  • Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, positive, and goal-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
