This full-time position invites driven individuals eager to learn and grow within the dynamic field of sales and marketing. This role requires a proactive presence in various retail environments where you will apply your skills directly on the sales floor and in interactions with customers and team members.

The Sales Management Trainee position is designed for individuals looking to develop leadership skills in a hands-on setting. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program, where they will learn the ins and outs of sales, marketing, and customer service, progressing towards a managerial role overseeing these functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Engage customers through interactive displays and promotions in big-box retailers.
Capitalize on customer buying mindsets to increase sales effectively.
Receive mentorship and guidance in managing operational aspects such as HR, client interactions, and profit and loss statements.
Manage and oversee in-store marketing campaigns tailored to our clients' needs and objectives.
Train and guide entry-level representatives, ensuring they meet their sales targets and professional growth objectives.
Maintain effective communication channels with clients to convey current and upcoming product offerings.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Demonstrated performance motivation and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Ability to start as soon as possible.
Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma. A 2-year degree or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Keen interest in developing skills in sales, marketing, and customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and clients.
Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive workplace.
