Lester Painting, Inc. is currently seeking an EXPERIENCED PAINTER to join our team. Our job sites are located throughout Lake, Marion & Sumter Counties. This is a Full-Time position. As an experienced painter, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality painting services to our clients. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting
• Repair cracks, holes, and other imperfections before painting
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces
• Use brushes, rollers, and other painting tools effectively
• Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are in place during painting
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
• Follow established painting techniques and standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Meet project deadlines and work efficiently

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites on a daily basis
• Valid Identification **Driver's License Preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a professional painter
• Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
