OG Dental is currently seeking an Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This position is Full-Time. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care and treatment options.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options, pricing, and payment plans
• Verify insurance coverage and submit claims on behalf of patients
• Follow up with patients to ensure they are satisfied with their treatment and address any concerns
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide a seamless patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental or medical office setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Open Dental Ideal
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
