Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 DOE
POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Health Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the mental and emotional well-being of our clients through comprehensive assessments, strategic intervention plans, and evidence-based practices. This position requires a deep understanding of behavioral health issues and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Position Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and therapeutic support to clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.
- Offer guidance and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health issues.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate the community on behavioral health topics and promote mental wellness initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current licensure with the Oregon Board of Psychologist, or any other of the following licensure: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health consulting or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of mental health theories, practices, and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases effectively.
