POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Manager to join our dedicated team in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry. Position Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of behavioral health services to ensure high-quality care.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Supervise and mentor behavioral health professionals and support staff to enhance team performance.
- Conduct regular training and development programs for staff to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote integrated and holistic care.
- Engage in community outreach efforts to educate and support clients regarding mental health services.
- Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
- Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist licensed in Oregon; or current license with ability to obtain an Oregon license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mental health regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in staff supervision and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
- Experience working with Native American/Alaskan Native populations or other marginalized populations.
