Position Duties:
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
- Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and accurately interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, ensuring the highest level of medical care.
- Supervise and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and contribute to their professional development.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in medical research and incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Valid Oregon Medical License and board certification in the respective specialty.
- Proficiency in medical examination techniques and diagnostic procedures.
- Strong knowledge of medical ethics and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Compassion, empathy, and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule.
