The Cow Creek Band of The Umpqua Tribe of Indians is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Medical Insurance Customer Service Representative. This Full-Time position is crucial to ensuring that our members receive the best possible service when it comes to their medical insurance needs. Please note that this position is Not a Remote Job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries regarding their medical insurance coverage
• Assisting members with claims processing and resolution
• Providing guidance on coverage options and benefits
• Handling billing and payment inquiries
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Staying current on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
• Adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements
