Job Description

The Cow Creek Band of The Umpqua Tribe of Indians is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavioral Health Consultant. This position is Full-Time and is Not a Remote Job.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients dealing with mental health issues
• Evaluate client's mental health and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Monitor and assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary

Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Psychologist, or Clinical Social Worker
• Experience working in a behavioral health setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
