As a pivotal part of our sales department, this full-time role is designed for individuals passionate about delivering advanced security solutions comprised of CCTV, access control, alarm, and commercial fire security systems. The ideal candidate will be a key player in enhancing our market reach and securing our position at the forefront of security developments.
The role demands an energetic and results-driven professional ready to travel across New Hampshire and Vermont. By driving personal and company sales targets, the Sales Associate will contribute substantially to Tasco Security's ongoing success and growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Travel in company vehicle throughout New Hampshire and Vermont to promote and sell our range of security solutions.
- Build and nurture effective relationships with customers, contractors, real estate brokers, architects, insurance agents and property management professionals.
- Generate sales leads through proactive engagement and membership in local and statewide associations.
- Perform thorough needs analysis and security assessments for potential and current clients to tailor proposals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions accurately meet client requirements.
- Maintain and update customer interactions in a database for follow-up and report generation.
- Regularly meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend and participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Fully computer literate and able to seamlessly navigate all forms of communication concurrently.

- Previous experience in B2B sales, especially in the security systems industry, is highly preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
