Job Description:
Tasco Security - Enfield NH is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is Full-Time and is based in our Enfield office. This is not a remote job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
- First to answer phone calls, triage and redirect as necessary
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information, records and notes.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check, pre-employment physical and drug screening.
