Job Description:

Tasco Security - Enfield NH is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is Full-Time and is based in our Enfield office. This is not a remote job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • First to answer phone calls, triage and redirect as necessary
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

    Requirements:

  • Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information, records and notes.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check, pre-employment physical and drug screening.
