This job opening is for a Full-Time role and requires the candidate to work on-site as it is not a remote position. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to step into a dynamic team and contribute to the ongoing success and expansion of our services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing clients to establish and nurture mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth water analysis tests to determine client needs and suggest appropriate products.
  • Provide expert knowledge and advice on a wide range of products that Pure Home of North Florida offers.
  • Help clients in selecting the best solutions to their problems by understanding their specific requirements and budget constraints.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize contracts ensuring all parties understand the terms and provisions.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets as set by sales management.
  • Remain informed on market trends and product innovations, attending workshops, and continuous professional development courses.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve them to maintain the company's reputation and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to home healthcare sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Document all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in regional trade shows and conferences to represent the company and expand its network.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role in sales, particularly in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or hold a valid U.S. work permit.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally to meet with clients and prospective customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to prepare and present proposals, and close agreements with clients.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated capability to conduct and interpret various types of analyses including water quality tests.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development in both product knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
  • A passion for helping clients in the healthcare sector improve their quality of life through state-of-the-art products and services.
