Job Description:
Frontline Home Solutions is seeking motivated Sales Representatives - Project Consultants - Project Managers to join our team. As a Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by effectively communicating with customers, persuading them to choose Frontline for their home improvement needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers in outdoor sales settings to promote Frontline's services and products.
- Self Generate Opportunities to give homeowners and business owners estimates for roof replacement and roof repairs.
- Participate in personal branding and networking opportunities within our community.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of Frontline's offerings, including roofing services, electrical work, insulation, window replacements, and general construction.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to create a pipeline of loyal clients who will return for future services and refer friends and family.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position Frontline in the market.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in outdoor sales or home improvement industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Must have own transportation.
- 1099 employment is optional; this is a commission-only position with vehicle and benefits provided.
