Responsibilities:
Learn and assist in configuring and maintaining CRM systems to support business workflows.
Work with the team to design and implement automated processes that improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Collaborate with various departments to gather CRM requirements and assist in building solutions.
Help create, customize, and maintain CRM modules, dashboards, and reports.
Troubleshoot basic issues within the CRM platform under the guidance of experienced team members.
Assist in integrating third-party tools and systems with the CRM.
Conduct routine system checks to ensure data accuracy and functionality.
Participate in training sessions to develop CRM and automation expertise.
Requirements:
Eagerness to learn and grow in CRM development and automations.
Interest in programming or scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or SQL) is a plus but not required.
Basic problem-solving skills and a willingness to tackle new challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Self-motivated with an interest in creating efficient systems.
High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree is not required but is a plus).
Must be able to work on-site in the RGV area.
