Responsibilities:
Prepare job sites and materials for spray foam insulation projects.
Apply spray foam insulation with precision and attention to safety and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members about project details and updates.
Oversee job sites to ensure safety protocols and project specifications are followed.
Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in enclosed or elevated spaces.
Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
Follow instructions from crew leaders and contribute to a productive work environment.
Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience with spray foam insulation or a related field is required.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing job requirements.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual labor tasks.
Availability to work full-time Monday through Saturday.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
