Frontline Home Solutions, a leading local roofing company in Pharr, TX, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing team in Sales!  In this exciting in-house role (no remote work available), you'll play a vital role in connecting with our customers and promoting our top-notch roofing services.

Even if you're new to the workforce, we want to hear from you!  We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, possess excellent communication skills, and have a positive attitude.  We'll provide you with the training and support you need to develop your skills and build a successful career in sales.

Month 1-6: 

w2 Employee, $17 Hourly Plus commissions and bonuses

Month 7+:

w2 Employment, Promotion to Commissions only plus bonuses with weekly salary advance. 

Benefits: Company Car (after 6 month training period.)

What You'll Do:

• Connect with potential customers
• Educate customers about our roofing services and answer their questions
• Schedule appointments for in-home consultations
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships
• Partner with other businesses as referral partners
• Join our network of chambers and business the community
