This full-time position is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the communications within our dental office and with our patients. Located in our state-of-the-art facility, this is not a remote position, requiring the successful candidate to be present on-site to facilitate optimal communication experiences.
The Communication Team Coordinator facilitates excellent communication with our patients using various methods including phone, email, texts, and written correspondence. This role is designed to strengthen the ties we hold with our patients ensuring their entire journey with us is smooth, informed, and satisfactorily managed. The coordinator will also be managing communications directed to the general public via digital billboard signage and on social media platforms, representing our practice’s commitment to community involvement and patient-first service.
