Our incredible associate dentist was accepted to a dental residency and will be transitioning from our practice this year. Our long-standing state-of-the-art private practice is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our team! 

You will have the opportunity to work with Koda, our resident therapy dog who brings a SMILE to everyone's face!

Dr. Michelle J. Ament has training from the world-renown Kois Institute and focuses on Wellness and Evidence-Based Dentistry. She was named 2024 Best Cosmetic Dentist in the PNW.  Dr. Ament believes in staying current with technology as dentistry is an ever-changing field. 

We are looking for a ROCKSTAR ASSOCIATE DENTIST to join our amazing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine dental procedures, such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, implant restoration, Invisalign, bridges
  • Diagnose and treat oral health issues
  • Perform hygiene, gum infection therapy
  • Open to mentorship and professional development
  • Team player, flexible, professional, personable, and reliable 
  • Create treatment plans for patients based on their dental needs
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
  • Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Stay current on dental technologies and techniques

Requirements:

  • 1-5 Years experience+
  • Must be willing to perform dental hygiene
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
  • Valid state dental license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Must be willing to grow and adapt to updates in dentistry
  • Commitment to continued education and professional development

Compensation:

30% collections with an optional $10k monthly draw for the first 6 months.
