Our long-standing state-of-the-art private practice is GROWING and currently seeking a talented and dedicated Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our team! Dr. Michelle Ament will be taking Maternity Leave end of November and returning early 2025. Full-time coverage is needed to help our patients at this time and position will continue FT once Dr. Ament returns. This position is Full-Time and is Not a Remote Job. Dr. Michelle J. Ament has training from the world-renown Kois Institute and focuses on Wellness and Evidence-Based Dentistry. She was named America's Top 40 under 40 Dentists of 2023. Dr. Ament believes in staying current with technology as dentistry is an ever-changing field. We are looking for a ROCKSTAR associate dentist to join our amazing team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental procedures, such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions
• Diagnose and treat oral health issues
• Perform hygiene, gum infection therapy
• Open to mentorship and professional development
• Team player, flexible, professional, personable, and reliable 
• Create treatment plans for patients based on their dental needs
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Stay current on dental technologies and techniques

Requirements:

• 3-5 Years experience+
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Valid state dental license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be willing to grow and adapt to updates in dentistry
• Commitment to continued education and professional development

Compensation:

30% collections with $600/day base draw for first 6 months/30% collections if exceeds base draw

2 or 3 days to start (Tue, Wed, or Thursday), with full-time potential

MUST BE AVAILABLE to cover MATERNITY LEAVE END of NOVEMBER- END OF FEBRUARY
