Our long-standing state-of-the-art private practice is growing and currently seeking a talented and dedicated Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our team! This position is Part-Time and is Not a Remote Job. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Dr. Michelle J. Ament has training from the world-renown Kois Institute and focuses on Wellness. She was named America's Top 40 under 40 Dentists of 2023. Dr. Ament believes in staying current with technology as dentistry is an ever-changing field. We are looking for a rockstar associate dentist to join our amazing team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental procedures, such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions
• Diagnose and treat oral health issues
• Perform hygiene, gum infection therapy
• Open to mentorship and professional development
• Team player, flexible, professional, personable, and reliable 
• Create treatment plans for patients based on their dental needs
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Stay current on dental technologies and techniques

Requirements:

• 5 Years experience+
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Valid state dental license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be willing to grow and adapt to updates in dentistry
• Commitment to continued education and professional development

Compensation:

$650/day base pay for first 6 months or 30% collections whichever is highest

2 or 3 days to start, with full-time potential
