Our patients love us so we are growing! We are a fee for service, out of network boutique dental office that needs an additional front office coordinator 4-4.5 days per week. We will provide training on the job, especially if you are new to dentistry.

• Patient scheduling, billing and collection
• Promoting excellent customer service face to face, email, and over the phone.
• Knowledge of regulations related to insurance.
• An upbeat, can-do attitude, willing to learn and help out to make the day flow smoothly for the whole team.

Job Structure

• Hours: 4-4.5 days a week | Monday-Thursday 7:30-4:30 with morning huddle at 7:45 AM. 30 minute lunch break. Friday 7:30-1:00 with morning huddle at 7:45 AM.

• Procedures include: Invisalign, Bioclear, Composite and Porcelain Veneers, Laser Dentistry, Botox, Tooth Gems
