We're hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our operations with efficient inventory control, forklift handling, and knowledge of solar and electrical components. Position Overview

Pay: $19 per hour

Schedule: Full-time

Location: 3510 US Highway 80, East Mesquite, TX 75149

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments

• Track and organize inventory using inventory software (Fishbowl experience is a strong plus)

• Prepare and stage materials for solar crews and electricians

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Coordinate with office and field teams for accurate material fulfillment

• Identify, label, and sort electrical components and solar-related materials

Requirements

• Valid forklift license and hands-on experience

• Inventory management experience (Fishbowl preferred)

• Knowledge of electrical components and wiring materials (conduit, breakers, wiring, etc.)

• Experience working in a solar or electrical warehouse is a plus

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet

• Dependable, organized, and detail-focused

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
