WILMAC Construction is looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee our concrete crews. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in concrete work, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage job sites efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate concrete crews on job sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Plan, form, pour, and finish concrete foundations, slabs, walls, and structures.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain concrete tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve productivity and workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of concrete experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and curing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
