Procare Property Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardscape/Masonry Supervisor to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all hardscape and masonry projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
• Supervise a team of hardscape and masonry technicians, providing guidance and support
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Inspect work sites regularly to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during projects
• Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and hours worked
• Train new team members on proper hardscaping and masonry techniques
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in hardscaping and masonry
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team
• Strong understanding of hardscape and masonry techniques, materials, and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
