Job Description

Excel/EPI is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Foreman to join our team. This is a Full-Time position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the mechanical field. Please note that this position is not a Remote Job.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the mechanical team
• Ensure that all mechanical work is completed on time and within budget
• Inspect mechanical systems and equipment to identify any issues and recommend solutions
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment
• Train and mentor junior staff members
• Adhere to all safety standards and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license
• OSHA certification preferred
