Job Description
Excel/EPI has a job opening for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Foreman. This position is Full-Time and is not a remote job.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the mechanical team
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a mechanical role
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
