Job Description

Excel/EPI has a job opening for Licensed Journeymen Electricians. This position is Full-Time and is located in Des Moines, IA. We are seeking experienced electricians to join our team and contribute to our projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine wiring layouts.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Provide training and guidance to apprentices and junior electricians.

Requirements

• Valid journeyman electrician license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
