Job Description:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
- Upsell additional items or specials to increase revenue
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operation
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
