Job Description:

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a host/hostess. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating them at tables, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests in the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Seat guests at tables according to seating chart and guest preferences
• Manage reservations and waitlists effectively
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and lobby area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
