Make Ready Job Description:

Are you interested in working with a fun team. We are looking for a hardworking and responsible individual to join our Make Ready Team. The Make Ready Team member will complete light make ready projects to ensure vacant properties are listed quickly.  

Make Ready Technician Duties & Responsibilities:

• Complete light projects such as: painting, power washing, caulking, cleaning carpets, trash removal, changing locks, light demo, pest control etc.
• Verify that all larger maintenance has been completed, appliances are in working order and property is ready to be listed/leased.  
• Follow instructions listed on work order to stay within designated owner budgets.
• Work efficiently to meet project timelines.
• Work independently and with a team as appropriate.
• Contribute to team completing at least one full project per week.
• Report to Make Ready Project Leader and Manager.
