We are New Orleans most ambitious promotional company. We are looking to grow our Retail Sales Associate team so we can provide more coverage for our clients! No experience is required because we offer full training, but a positive attitude and desire to succeed are necessary!

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with exceptional service various retail settings

• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

• Increase brand awareness for our clients: AT&T, Apple, & Samsung

• Provide information on products, services, and promotions available

• Attend paid, ongoing professional development trainings in the office with our team

Requirements:

• all levels of education and experience are considered but customer service and sales is a plus!
• applicants must be able to commute to the Metairie area and work in person with our customers
• professional attire and confident communication skills are essential
