Our company handles client’s customer service and marketing acquisition on a one-on-one basis with potential customers. We also provide customer service to current customers with whom we interact in a retail environment. Candidates for this position must possess integrity, character, and exemplary ambition for success! This position is a great way to gain real-world experience with hands-on training. It has been a wonderful start for many of our team leaders right out of college!
Responsibilities:
Provide an elevated level of service to our customers during IN PERSON interactions
Provide product, service, and finance expertise based on your customer’s needs
Engage with our clients and provide professional follow up
Requirements:
College education preferred, High School / GED or equivalent required; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to overcome customer objections
Ability to work a retail schedule
Must be LOCAL with reliable transportation
