Our Retail Brand Ambassadors are the backbone of our business. They are responsible for providing solutions, answers, completing sales, solving problems, and getting people happily on their way. You'll also use your customer service and sales skills to help customers discover the products they need, and even help them complete the sale.
Responsibilities:
Conducting one-on-one presentations for new and existing customers
Respond to questions relating to mobile phones, upgrading technology, internet and phone services
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Perform account adjustments, negotiate payment arrangements and deposit amounts
Stick to your schedule, show up for work on time, and bring positive energy and professionalism!
Requirements:
Previous customer service, sales, server, or retail experience preferred
Local to the area, must be able to commute from our office to our retail locations
Have a naturally positive attitude with demonstrated strong communication skills
