Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Recare & Reactivation Specialist at The Schedule Squad. The specialist will be responsible for following up with patients who didn't schedule, turning potential bookings into confirmed appointments, and increasing patient reactivations.
Qualifications
Customer Service, Sales, and Communication skills
Experience in scheduling and appointment setting
Ability to track and follow up on patient interactions
Data analysis and reporting skills
Attention to detail and organization
Knowledge of dental industry practices
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience with patient relationship management systems
Must-have qualifications
At least 1 year of work experience with Dentrix.
At least 1 year of work experience with Eaglesoft.
At least 1 year of work experience with Open Dental.
Comfortable working in a remote setting.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
