Office Assistant - Full Time Position

Salary Range:  $25000 - $35000 year

We're looking to add a driven self-motivated Office Administration team member for a fast-growing, local, family owned and operated exterior remodeling company.

You will become an integral part of our team and will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue, and enjoy the work you do!

The best candidate will excel in the followinng areas:

  • Contact potential customers
  • Contact, communicate and set appointments for roof and siding customers on a case by case basis
  • Answer telephone calls, emails and web contact inquiries
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Document all inquires, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
  • Escalate inquires and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines
  • Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
  • Create change orders to address the issues and be willing to take a minor sales role.
  • Assist with every sold project after the sale seeing it through to completion
  • Strong verbal and written commuication skills

Qualifications:

  • Office and CST Background
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic PC/Mac knowledge
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customers needs
  • Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and stay organized
