Job Title: Plumbing and HVAC Lead Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Plumbing and HVAC Lead Dispatcher to join our team. The Plumbing and HVAC Lead Dispatcher plays a crucial role in our fast-paced business by understanding the skill level of our technicians, evaluating customer needs, and matching the right technician to every job for optimal results.
- Answer incoming customer calls for service
- Call customers to schedule or reschedule service appointments
- Organize calls on the dispatch board efficiently
- Dispatch service technicians to jobs based on their skill sets and availability
- Maintain accurate customer records and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Perform various office tasks as needed
- Keep track of paused jobs and coordinate rescheduling as necessary
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching, preferably in the plumbing or HVAC industry
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
- General knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer applications and dispatch software
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines consistently
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and handle high-stress situations professionally
- Experience with dispatch software is a plus
