Permit Processor Job Description

We are currently seeking a Permit Processor to join our team. As a Permit Processor, your main responsibilities will include pulling permits and standing in inspections for Plumbing and HVAC contracts. You will also be responsible for scheduling and planning meetings and appointments as needed. The ideal candidate for this position will be a hard-working professional who is comfortable working independently and possesses a high degree of attention to detail.

Permit Processor Key Responsibilities

• Pull permits for Plumbing and HVAC contracts.
• Stand in inspections for Plumbing and HVAC contracts.
• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments as needed.
• Maintain log of all permits and their status.

Permit Processor Requirements

• Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in permit processing or a related field not needed but a plus!
