Are you passionate about cars and skilled at building relationships? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Kal's Motor Group in Wadena MN. If you enjoy helping customers find their dream vehicles, and have at least 2 years of automotive sales experience, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about features, specifications, and pricing.
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales.
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and models.
• Monday – Saturday Schedule with either Wednesday or Thursday off!  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven automotive sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Proficient in using social media to generate sales leads.
